Location and free parking.
The staff, particularly during checkout, were not welcoming or friendly and often came across as though guests were inconveniencing them. This was disappointing, as the staff’s friendliness and hospitality were among the main reasons I loved staying at this property. Unfortunately, the decline in customer service has changed my perception of the experience. Moving forward, I will be choosing other properties where guests are treated with the warmth, courtesy, and appreciation they deserve.

Convenient
Booking.com didn’t disclose that they are not partnered with Marriott. I was told at the hotel that because I had made the reservation through a third party, I would not be recognized as a Marriott member and would not receive points or allowed to use rewards or status. I probably won’t use booking again

The location is great. Easy to get around.
Property appears to be old and needs updating.

They lost our reservation, gave us wrong room and there was a 6 am fire alarm “test” to top it off
Property was easy access and clean.
Parking confusing with numbered spots and most of parking fully behind hotel
