Close to everything
Super great location, close to lots of good food and breweries. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean and spacious.
Pillows went flat immediately, no ventilation in bathroom.

Bedbugs and no real concern or follow up
The bar area was comfortable, with plenty of TVs that made it easy to unwind. The attached parking garage was convenient, though it did have a noticeable smell that took away from the experience a bit. There’s also an outdoor amphitheater, which seems like it could be a great feature, but unfortunately nothing was happening the night I was there. I enjoyed watching the boats using the river.
BEDBUGS We stayed here recently and unfortunately had several issues. We woke up in the morning with multiple bedbug bites. We check the sheets and found signs of them. When I reported it to the front desk in the morning, the receptionist simply said she would “make a note of it,” but didn’t offer any real help, concern, or follow up. The room itself also wasn’t very sound proof. We could hear every truck and car passing by throughout the night, which made it hard to sleep even before the bites. Not necessarily the hotel’s fault, but there’s an outdoor amphitheater right across the street that seems to turn into a homeless gathering spot. We did not feel safe, and did not leave the hotel room. Overpriced and we did not have a restful or comfortable stay.
