    Started exactly at 6:30 which I appreciated since I was rushed getting to class by 7:00. The set up was clean and tasted good.

    N/A Did not get a chance to stay. The booking itself went awry.

    I had booked my reservation via Booking.com and I had to make updates to my reservation shortly after booking due to changes to the event I had. Online I was unable to activate the scheduling tool to allow me to do so online and so I reached out directly to this hotel to see if they could help. The reservation person was very helpful and kept me on the phone on hold for close to 10 minutes while she helped contact Booking.com to update my reservation, with an overall 20+ minute phone call to get my reservation updated. At the end of the call she said I was all set for the new dates and I said thank you. a few days later, I get an email from booking.com to "rate" my experience for the stay on the original booking date. I contacted both Booking.com and the hotel and they keep pointing fingers at the other for the botched reservation. They still charged me the full fee. There is just a lack of accountability on both ends and we have just lost sight of what could have otherwise been a civilized and simple solution.

    Lack of accountability and non-human response to a problem that could have been easily resolved.
