    This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

    Lobby was nice and so was the staff

    DIRTY. We literally spelt fully clothed on top of the sheets the night we were there. Had to switch rooms because there was a roach on the floor and it stunk like urine.

    - Pretty decor and beautiful office space.

    Room - there were mushrooms growing from the carpet in our room next to the AC machine. Staff - for breakfast I went downstairs and enjoyed my breakfast. There was a server, but she was sitting on the stool on her phone the whole time talking to someone. She came over, placed the check, and left. I left her $0 tip, naturally, because she was on her phone through the duration of my breakfast and not a single step of service was provided. Upon checking out, the front desk manager made a passing comment to me that I didn't leave a tip. Scent- the lobby's luxury scent is far too strong.

    The room had an overwhelming smell of mold/mildew. Food all over the floor of the elevator, never cleaned during our entire stay. Guest blasting music at 1 a.m. Paper-thin walls/ceiling, and could hear guests above every movement throughout the night. Someone was attempting to enter our room in the middle of the night multiple times.
