    Good location. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Uncomfortable beds.

    Location was good. Staff was friendly.

    Beds were very uncomfortable. Elevators worked on and off. Didn’t like the destination fee.

    Bill not correct - no response

    I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. When checking my bill, I discovered that I had been charged 10% more than the agreed amount — an additional $200. I contacted the hotel to clarify the issue and was asked to wait while they investigated. However, I never received any follow-up or a refund. Charging more than the agreed price and then failing to resolve the issue or communicate with the guest is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. I would advise others to think twice before booking.
