    Amazing stay!

    Staff were absolutely Amazing, and always greeting me!

    It would've been nicer if the pool was bigger but overall it was very nice and heated.

    many of the TV channels were not working. I would have like to order a pizza from the takeaway across the road, eat it at the pool area. There was no where to eat a take away other than my room.

    Experience at Four Points Nairobi

    The staff were very welcoming and supportive

    Breakfast is poor and repeated everyday with no changes Swimming pool is small and the terrace is small as well food is not up to expectation Poor facilities

    Relaxing and enjoyable!

    The staff were genuinely happy serving us, We loved the food,especially breakfast and the whole service. Team led by; Stephen ,Roy,Benjamin,,Babu,Eddah,Viviane,Cindy ,Faith,mercy ,Josephine ,Catherine ,Gladys,Beatrice,Margret,E,Enock,Everline ,a lady who was supervisor during breakfast time on our last day with dreadlocks and glasses,

    Swimming ;maybe you can add one floater , Our room,the staffs🥰💐 from the entrance all the way, Creat activities for kids,our son was mostly bored,nothing else to enjoy a part from only swimming.
