    We were taken care of pretty well. Food service was nice.

    Convenient Spacious

    AC was hard to control, so was very cold. Bed was very low. Front desk staff was so so.

    This hotel has great potential. We would stay again in a different room and not with Shelly as desk

    There wasn't breakfast so we drove to Starbucks for coffee, tea, oatmeal. The mattress in room 331 needs replacement. The sink stopper was missing. But this property has great potential - there were many aspects that were wonderful.

    The reservation was acknowledged by hotel staff in email to me that our room would be ready at 3pm - it was not, instead 30 minutes after,we were put in another room so we didn't have extra pillows nor extra towels ( the staff did bring up extra towels when called down to desk for those however) But the worse problem was the desk person, Shelly/ or like that name) She was rude and not helpful, she argued that this reservation did not show requests for extra towels, pillows, or be ready at 3 pm!! A very poor Rep for the hotel and very poor customer service!! Chrissy at desk at our checkout was delightful and very helpful!
