    Nice hotel but staff should be mindful of guest request and the cleanliness of the rooms.

    I requested for a quiet room but on my 1st night we were placed in a room in front of the elevator. That is not a good customer care! The room where we were transferred does not smell fresh. I am not sure if this was the carpet but definitely not very good as well. Paging housekeeping, you can do better than that.
