    safe and clean but expensive for what you get

    The location was close to the train to Narita, the park and restaurants. The hotel looked stylish

    It felt like a hostel but the price was similar to what I had paid for a much more upscale hotel in Shinjuku. It was DIY room cleaning and yet there was housekeeping, they had their stuff all over the hallways. We had to step over it to get into our room. If we had gotten the room cheap it would have been fine but we got a budget hotel room for a lot of money

    Missing it already

    The location can’t be beat. The hotel itself felt like a small boutique hotel. It was clean, modern and had everything we needed. We loved the shower pressure and shampoo products provided, we also lucked out on a calligraphy event in the lobby one day that has so far been our favourite thing in the trip.

    The only downside wa she sewer gas smell in washroom but we are learning that is common everywhere in Tokyo. The pillows were also quite firm.

    Excellent facilities, close to a major station, less than 30 minutes to Haneda airport.

    Very close to Ueno station (5 minutes), facilities excellent. Room small as are all rooms in Tokyo but easy to stay in. Extra items easily available such as a toothbrush. Only one stop from Tokyo central. close to main museums. Vibrant restaurant area.

    Nothing of significance. Great place to stay.
