FAULTLESS
Absolutely brilliant stay. We stayed for one night with our 10 month old baby and the staff and service was faultless. Everyone went above and beyond what was expected to accommodate us as a young family. We were offered to have our baby bottles sterilised and sent to the room, and a special breakfast was made for her. The staff were incredibly friendly, personable, and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and at home. Our room was fantastic - the design was thoughtful, it was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We chose to stay here over the other 5 star hotels despite it being significantly more expensive than them, and we are so glad we did, I would have paid more!

Not up to the usual Four Seasons level of quality, except that the staff were very good.
Great Staff. Good level of comfort in the room. Spa facilities.
Not enough true western food options. Unreliable internet. Slightly chaotic communications.

A home away from home, where genuine hospitality feels like a warm embrace
From the very first moment until check-out, you are surrounded by genuine warmth, kindness, and exceptional care. Every request, no matter how small, is handled effortlessly and almost instantly. The rooms are beautiful, fresh, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfasts are absolutely wonderful, and every little detail reflects the thought and care that goes into creating an unforgettable experience. But what makes this hotel truly exceptional is its people. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality make you feel not simply like a guest, but like someone they are truly happy to welcome.
The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave. Two nights were simply not enough!
