My expectations with the Four Seasons Hotels are always high and this one did not disappoint. The hotel and its facilities are great and the staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with any of their services and food.
If I must think of something to complain... perhaps the location??? Kyoto is fairly small anyway so it's not a big deal at all.
