    Would never stay here again

    Staff were friendly.

    The place needs a complete renovation. Room was dreadful - small, low ceiling, constant noise on the corridor from other guests, bathroom was from the 70s. Hard to believe it gets a 4 star rating - deserves 2 at most

    A warm, comfortable place to spend a night.

    Lovely common areas & clean, super comfortable room. And staff was exemplary. I had planned to use the leisure facilities which looked great - but didn’t have time.

    I got in about 10 min past 8PM & couldn’t wrangle any food. Also, luggage cart & bellman would’ve been nice.
