    Valet Parking Charge

We had a wonderful dining experience at your restaurant, and the food and service were excellent. However, the valet parking charge left us disappointed. After spending a significant amount on dinner, we were surprised that the parking was only partially validated, leaving us with a $15.97 valet charge for a stay of approximately 90 minutes. While we understand that valet service has associated costs, complimentary or fully validated parking for restaurant guests spending a substantial amount would be a thoughtful gesture and would better reflect the exceptional hospitality for which the Four Seasons is known. We hope you will consider reviewing your parking validation policy, as the final impression of an otherwise outstanding evening was unfortunately diminished by the parking charge. Thank you for your consideration. Kind regards, Dr. Darius J. Ropiak
