    Basic but adequate. Excellent views over the Pentland Firth.

    Breakfast was excellent but we made it ourselves. It was not provided and not expected.

    Fabulous!

    Lovely hosts - so kind and helpful. Property very well equipped and in a superb position. We enjoyed it enormously and were so grateful for the helpfulness of our hostess

    I have already sent a communication with our observations and would prefer not to put them on line.

    Very nice

    We booked just for one night as a stop off before we continued our tour. The location was really good, the view from the living room was amazing, managed to get a gorgeous photo of the sunrise from the garden. The place was incredible clean and had a lovely homey feel to it and a very well put together welcome pack with plenty of information. The host had left us a small milk and some coffee wich was very much needed we when we arrived.
