    Luxus nur im Namen – nicht sauber und unvorbereitet. Sehr Schade.

    Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. "Auf Nachfrage" haben wir noch ein Zustellbett bekommen.

    Wir hatten für drei Erwachsene gebucht, das Apartment war aber nur für zwei vorbereitet (zwei Handtücher, zwei Gläser, zwei Schlafplätze). Das Zustellbett war ein einfaches, sehr unbequemes Klappbett direkt vor dem Fenster. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, das Tablet für Telefon und Service zeigte nur eine Fehlermeldung. Das Bad war bei Ankunft nicht sauber, die Fenster stark verschmutzt und die Säule im Wohnbereich verkratzt. (Siehe Bilder) Für ein "Luxury Apartment" passen Preis und Leistung nicht zusammen.
