    Comfortable accommodation & friendly host

    Mark is a very friendly & welcoming host. Lovely freshly cooked breakfasts with good quality ingredients. Location and easy walk into the town centre.

    Mark the owner was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He very kindly accepted our booking late on in the evening of our actual stay, as we had to find alternative accommodation as our original booking at another property let us down very badly. We were attending a family christening the following day in Malton and Mark also very kindly let us have a late checkout. We would definitely stay there again, it's a very nice friendly and welcoming guesthouse. Lovely cooked breakfast to order and plenty of choice.
