Fran Pacheo was my perfect home from home. In terms of its aesthetic style, I wanted a style that was different - modern and edgy. Location was so convenient, being downtown meant that everything was a convenient walking distance. I loved being in a traditional neighborhood. The area was vibrant.

Estadia agradável e confortável!
Limpeza espetacular! Localização Perfeita! Cama confortável! Cozinha equipada com o básico mas funcional! Anfitrião bastante disponível e amigável! Apesar de precisar de alguma manutenção consideramos voltar e recomendar!
Poucos utensílios! Para estadias de uma ou duas noites ok! Para uma semana inteira e com um bebé ha pequenas coisas em falta! O chuveiro tem falta de isolamento sai muita água para fora, mas o que para nós realmente era muito chato e desagradável era a água quente quase inexistente, só consegue tomar banho uma pessoa depois temos que aguardar um bom tempo para que outra possa tomar! Apartamento a precisar de um pouco de manutenção!

Ideal base
Everything. The apartment is really cleverly put together, the poured cement walls and deep set windows keep it cool, it has loads of natural light if you want and it's dark if you want, the area is really central but still quiet, they had wine and cold water in the fridge, the bed is comfortable, for a couple of days' stay it was exactly what we needed. Communication was efficient and friendly, but we had no problems so we never needed anything. It's just a great little place.
If I had to find something, erm... Okay the shower could have been a bit more powerful? That's literally all I've got.
