    The accomodation is very spacious for a city centre property and was very clean on our arrival. The host was easy to communate with and provided a much appreciated welcome gift of food essentials. We would certainly stay here again.

    Perfect Stay in Ponta Delgada for 4-6 People

    Francisco Terrace is beautifully spacious, offering plenty of room to move around comfortably, and it is well decorated. The lounge area comes with a huge TV screen. The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The terrace is magnificent and a lovely addition to the apartment. We used it whenever weather conditions allowed it. The apartment's location near the city center and restaurants was convenient for exploring the area. The host was great, providing excellent communication and support throughout our stay.

    There was not much we did not like. However, it's worth noting that it's close to the landing strip of PDL airport, so noise-sensitive individuals might find it a bit noisy. For us it was a good wakeup call, though :)
