    Relaxing stay across the beach.

    Beautiful spacious apartment right across Catseye beach. Own pool is small, but perfect for kids when you want to get away from crowds at public pools. Felt very private as few people seem to visit it. Excellent facilities overall. Very quiet, sleeping with the sound of the ocean. Buggy included in price is a great time saver. All in all, had a great relaxing stay and would be our 1st choice for Hamilton Island stay next time around, given price+quality balance.

    Cooking pans due for replacement... Can't say it was unclean, but there is definitely room for improvement. No one has moved the couch for years it seems... One of the showers had extremely temperamental character, needs looking into as it was hard to use.

    Good but had a bitter experience

    Our buggy broke down on a Saturday, and the staff just said that they are not responsible for the buggies and we will have to wait till Monday. There was a number on the buggy for emergencies, we called, the person picked up, said they’ll be there in some time and never turned up for another hour. Repeated calls were ignored and turned to voicemail. The frangipani staff then mentioned that they (the buggy repair emergency staff) don’t work on weekends. We were offered to hire a replacement buggy but it was too late too little, due to peak season all the buggies were sold out. There is no sync between the Buggy (also house keeping staff) and the Whitsundays holidays. The person ( which Frangipani people arranged) came on Monday and fixed it. He mentioned that the number on the buggy belongs to the owner and he is 70+ years old!! Man, then please hire someone who can answer the call in case of an emergency!!

    We had an amazing stay and the apartment was even better than the photos.

    Beautiful apartment in a great location. Very well appointed. Having the buggy included is such a bonus
