    Excellent Long Weekend Getaway

    The property itself is so beautiful with rolling hills, planned flower gardens, a robust vegetable garden and a pond. The room (Scarlet Oak) was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious and enough to keep us going until a quick bite at lunch time. The homemade jams were a nice treat! Lastly, the hosts, Nate and Theresa were wonderful - easy to talk to, attentive to our needs with an easy folksy vibe.

    Nothing that could be changed - the bathroom was small (very) but didn’t detract from the pluses.

    Nice relaxing time in Vermont, along with some beautiful gravel bicycling adventures.

    The breakfast was very tasty. The location is perfect for gravel cycling getaway.

    Perfect B&B for a Ski or Anytime Getaway!

    We loved the old-fashioned B&B vibe: gorgeous old home with a farm setting (yes that jam at breakfast was grown here!) and the hosts were so nice! In the evening, after a fun ski day, the most crowded room was the living room where we all sat around the 1700s style fireplace and chatted about our day! The TV was in the other room - this was about community and the art of conversation. I also love that it is <1 mile from my favorite Scottish pub (MacLaomainn's).

    Not much! The road in is gravel but it’s really close to town.
