Very disappointing but could so easily be very good

The breakfast was pleasant and the staff were very helpful

The check-in process. Worst I have ever encountered

over all it was very good

The location was perfect, right near the bus and train stations. The breakfast was very good, and the room was just as I expected—a great fit for me.

he only thing I didn't like was that I could hear people in the next room and above me, so it was very noisy

Great stay in Zurich and very accessible to transportation

It was close to the train station, clean and spacious, with a free coffee and water station, friendly and respectful staff, using your phone as the key to your room!
