    I was surprised by the lack of hospitality.

    Location

    It was a little worn down. Toilet ran. A/C was loud. WiFi was weak. Asked for a 1 hour late checkout and was summarily dismissed. A real opportunity to give great hospitality was clearly missed.

    The hotel is conveniently located very close to downtown, making it easy to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. Parking was also convenient, with easy access in and out of the property.

    Check-in and check-out were both horrible experiences. To be honest, I’m not even sure I was properly checked in. The TV in our room never worked correctly during our stay. I reported the issue to the front desk and was told someone would look into it, but nothing was ever done to resolve the problem. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering these are basic things you expect to work properly when staying at a hotel.
