    Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist zwar etwas weiter, dafuer ist man aber genau an der Kurklinik und dem Thermalbad und mit Blick auf die Burg optimal fuer erholsame Abende gelegen.

    Eingeschraenkte Moeglichkeit aufgrund der Erdgeschosslage, nachts zu lueften, dadurch etwas warm im Sommer.
