    Апартаментът е нов, чист и добре оборудван. Има паркинг, който е за живущите в сградата. На стотина метра е спирката на трамвая, с който се отива в центъра на града. Апартаментът е много топъл тъй като е с югозападно изложение. Има и балкон.

    На паркинга, който ползвах, на автомобила ми беше залепен голям лист с надпис "НЕ ПАРКИРАЙ". Не съм нарушил никакви правила - бях паркирал на мястото, посочено ми от собственика на апартамента. Вероятно се касае за недоразумение. Просто трябва да се предупреди човека, залепващ листовете, че автомобилът е на гост на апартамента. Листът се премахва доста трудно.
