  Made the most of our vacation after the dissapointment with villa stayed windsor island and solara last 3 years not near

  The area

  Very run down and dirty, curtains on patio doors disgusting,had to weed the pool area before using Only 4 mugs3 pudding bowls and some plates were chipped and broken. Spoke to management company and told we would get a refund ,still waiting nearly a month home.

  Nice enough place, too tatty to be classed as a 5 star though!

  It is a very large, lovely house, with a very nice pool and hot tub. Plenty of bedrooms and a second lounge. A code instead of a key is much easier, and appreciated. The trash was picked up multiple times a day, which was amazing. Lovely host, who tried their best to help once they knew about issues. Only 30 mins to Disney but that was via the toll road, which cost us an extra $150 for the two weeks.

  The place is quite tatty ( certainly not 5 star), with broken chairs, and chair coverings, dirty curtains, and roaches in the oven/kitchen area. The back door doesn't lock, and neither does the pool area, so the house was always unlocked. There was a blanket missing in one of the rooms, so we needed to go and buy one ( this was before we knew how easy it was to contact the host though!) I really didn't appreciate that we found out AFTER booking/paying that the 'hot' tub is an extra $35 a day to heat but the host did sort this out with us after. We were about 45 mins from Universal, but that turns into 1hr 30 mins coming back on the evening, which wasn't great with 5 tired teens ( next time, we'll book closer) The shower pressure isn't great, and they have very tiny shower heads. The games room was quite useless, with a wonky pool table, arcade machine refusing to turn on, no room to properly play table tennis and ripped posters around the room.
