Attention! Water problems: both cold and hot water stops running several times a day!

The location is great and the host Ani was very polite and friendly and tried to help resolve the water supply issues. I am very sad to have to give such low rating to this place due to the water problems.

There were constant problems with the water. All water stopped running regularly several times a day. Several times every day there was neither hot nor cold water, especially in the morning and in the evening. This made it almost impossible to take a shower because even if the water was running, you never knew when it would stop. After it stopped, it usually took 5 to 15 minutes to start again. At night it took longer. Also, hot water was unreliable and sometimes I would have cold water but no hot water. These problems persisted for the entire duration of my stay. You cannot advertise a separate bathroom if the bathroom is nearly unusable.

A perfect stay and great host

Location is excellent. Key pickup and drop-off were seamless. The host was super responsive at all times. The apartment fully matched the description and even exceeded expectations. My employee stayed there for business and we would happily stay again.
