  Nice place to stay if you don't mind jumping through hoops

  The location was perfect for us. The property was very clean and modern, well furnished and comfortable.

  It felt like I had to jump through alot of hoops to rent it. Most of which I filled out from my phone with a poor connection which meant I had to start over several times. When we got to the property parts of it still were not received so we spent an hour on the phone sitting in the car with my air conditioner running in the 100 degree weather.. Even after the application said we had successfully completed it, we still weren't given the check in information. By this time it was dark and we were tired and ready to look for something else. I'm sorry to say that I lost my temper with the second guy we were dealing with on the phone and I told him we wern't buying the place but just staying there a couple of days. By this time I'd spent hours on the app and on the phone and I had had it. I think he reluctantly cleared us and sent us the check in info. But by then it was dark and we had no clue were it was. We spent another half hour driving around the place looking for it. Worst check in experience I've ever had.

  Great place to stay that felt like a mini house, way better than a hotel!

  I loved this concept. Although listed as an 'apartment', it's like a mini house - no shared walls, or floors above you and your own little patio with yard. The facilities were great with a nice pool and places to work. The place was well equipped and the host provided a guide with all the needed information - wifi, parking spot location etc. Would recommend this place!

  I would have liked the pre-check to come a day or two before check in. I received the precheck to do a copy of DL/Credit card/ and take a selfie the morning of check in when I was trying to get ready to make my trip over there.

  Great stay

  Clean, conveniently located, had essentials needed for stay and nice space. Vince was very communicative and responsive which made everything very easy. Appreciated the guidebook that had info about the property and surrounding areas.

  The place was beautiful. Very clean and quiet. The only thing that would have been nice is room darkening shades in the bedroom

  Loved having a full home instead of hotel room, but the living room furniture was AWFUL and UNCOMFORTABLE. A futon and a bench without a back? I would get rid of both and put a small sectional in there. The stools at the counter were too hard, and too high! I thought about putting patio furniture in LR. Even though we didn’t spend too much time inside, that would be deciding factor to NOT return here. Kitchen is missing a sheet pan. Oven bellowed with smoke when we used for pizza, was not cleaned when we got there. Didn’t like the Nespresso coffee machine. Not even sure what the other pot was or how to use.. The POOL was awesome and beautiful felt like a resort. Bed was very comfy. Good location and Easy access to highways. Welcome email was great with all info needed for our stay except for garbage, Didn’t know to put outside door at night. We did enjoy our stay here, but needs improvements to get a 5 star rating!
