The apartment has remote access (it is not necessary to stop by the office to collect the keys). 24-hour remote access. The apartment is in a private building, there is no reception/staff on site. Before arrival you have to 1) complete the online check in and 2) pay the security deposit online, refundable 3-4 days after check out. Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys. If you arrive before 16:00 you cannot go straight to the apartment. You are welcome to come to our office and storage luggage here while the apartment is ready. Office hours: 10:00 to 20:30. Address: Paseo Reding 9, 29016, Malaga. Emergency line available 24/7 via phone. No WhatsApp chat/calls available from 21:00 to 10:00. Guests will receive a rental agreement (check in/registration online) which must be completed and signed prior to arrival. In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night. Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per item/per night. Subject to availability. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00. When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to prepare it if requested in advance. A damage deposit of 200 € is required before arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by card, subject to an inspection of the property. Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning every 7 nights. For guests who prefer more frequent cleaning, this service is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details and pricing. When booking 2 apartments or more, special conditions and supplements may apply. It’s a very well-located, clean, and fully equipped apartment.
The sofa bed is not suitable for sleeping. The mattress is extremely thin, and you can feel several metal bars underneath, making it very uncomfortable. There is also a lot of street noise from the bars, which continues until 6 a.m.

space was nice, clean, plenty of towels, soap and shampoo, location very good to explore,
No outside light in the unit, laundry shared with the floor and never available while we were there since it seems to be used by cleaning staff, situated above an all night club that is quite loud, large security deposit not mentioned until booked, very difficult communication needs improvement, electronic locks difficult to use and must have wifi and charged phone to get in.

La scelta migliore.
È la seconda volta che soggiorno a Malaga scegliendo questi appartamenti: lo scorso novembre ero in uno più grande (eravamo in 7 persone) mentre stavolta, secondo disponibilità, eravamo in 6 in un appartamento più piccolo. La pulizia è sempre straordinaria: trovare una casa così pulita è quasi impossibile. La biancheria da letto e da bagno, unite alla comodità di materasso e cuscini per dormire, è a livello luxury. Gli arredi sempre moderni, essenziali, ma anche stavolta ho notato delle piccole criticità che già avevo lamentato a novembre. Nonostante le minime pecche (ripeto, minime) si conferma la casa ideale per una vacanza a Malaga e sarà sicuramente la mia scelta prioritaria qualora dovessi trovare posto per prenotarla ancora. Il personale che gestisce gli appartamenti è straordinariamente disponibile, gentile e preparato.
Appartamento prenotato per 6 persone, il tavolo da pranzo è con 4 sedie: chi sceglie un appartamento al posto di un hotel è anche per poterlo sfruttare col mangiare in casa. Per mangiare abbiamo dovuto spostare le poltrone del salotto (pesanti ed ingombranti) per essere tutti a tavola, facendo i turni invece per la colazione. Direi che la casa è comoda per 4 adulti, non per 4 adulti più due adolescenti. Non era possibile usare l'asciugatrice perché indicato che era rotta, ma la realtà è che è ad utilizzo esclusivo del personale delle pulizie. Ci sono stati problemi al bagno (tavola del water rotta, doccia intasata) ma sono stati prontamente risolti dall'idraulico. Anche stavolta non funzionava nessun televisore a causa di un guasto all'antenna che, a quanto pare, persiste dallo scorso novembre (stesso problema).
