Dreamy stay
Absolutely stunning. Ridiculously gorgeous. Private, easy going owners, well thought out cottage wth all the cutest trimmings, the owners have impeccable taste and have gone above and beyond - we were delighted to discover just how very beautiful this was, the photos do no justice whatsoever - in real life this was an absolute dream!! Tapestry curtains, stain glass windows, chandeliers and top quality furniture all in a softly romantic and quite charming French Country style. Should have booked it for the entire weekend! We added our own whimsical fairy lights to the wisteria vines surrounding the outdoor bath and the four-post bed but this was being very extra lol…🧚‍♀️ ✨ There were bubbles and rose scented salts wth dried flowers for the bath as well as candles. There were fresh flowers on the dining table and dried hydrangeas in the kitchen and near the bed too - so beautiful! I just loved the art on the walls, it completed the scene perfectly. The bathroom was so nice and the shower was large. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a gorgeous platter and wine glasses, coffee machine, milk and all the drink making goods… we really needlessly overpacked! There was excellent heating! I feel like it was such a pleasant surprise after surprise that I may be ruining it by giving away all the lovely discoveries we made… The soft robes were such a nice surprise and sooooooo amazing that I have to buy a set exactly the same now!! The outdoors looks out over a very beautiful little lake and hills, I would live here so happily for the rest of my life if I could!!

Although in Auckland in is quietly situated and is a nice escape ever now and again.my partner loves the outdoor bath.thanks again
