Würde ich nicht nochmals buchen, da man wirklich fit sein muss, um dieses Treppenhaus zu erklimmen!
Die zentrale Lage, der Preis und die Verfügbarkeit.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock mit einem sehr schmutzigen engen Treppenhaus. Küchenausstattung war sehr knapp und schmutzig. Wasserhahnen und Seifenspender waren sehr schmutzig. Viel Staub. Keine saubere Bettwäsche angezogen. Hat gerochen, wie wenn jemand kurz vorher darin geschlafen hat. Wohnung war sehr kalt. Keine Angaben zu Klimaanlage und Elektroheizung im Bad. Zudem hiess es „Parkplatz bei der Unterkunft“. Erst beim nachfragen bei der Vermieterin, haben wir erfahren, dass wir einen öffentlichen Parkplatz am Hafen finden können. Ca. 700m entfernt. Keine Abtrocknungstücher.

Die Lage und der sehr schöne Balkon
Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und es war sehr heiß. Hätte eine Wohnung ohne Klimaanlage nicht gebucht. Ein kleines finanzielles Entgegenkommen war auch nicht möglich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist schlecht. Nur ein Topf und eine Pfanne, wenig Geschirr. Sehr steile Wendeltreppe nur für Menschen die fit sind geeignet.

Ein tolles Apartment mit toller Lage.
Die Lage ist wirklich super und der Balkon geht einmal ganz um das Apartment herum. Man hat auch viel Sonne auf dem Balkon und eine Tolle Sicht auf die Altstadt und den Lago Maggiore.
Das Wlan hat leider nicht funktioniert, was aber im Urlaub gar nicht so schlimm ist. Gut zu wissen für andere ist, dass es keinen Gefrierschrank im Kühlschrank gibt und die Treppe sehr steil und im 3. Stock ist.
