  A grand location, offering style and comfort, for beautiful stay in Firenze

  Location of this apartment is great, perfect for walking on to Florence and seeing the sights. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. We didn’t cook, only used the kitchen for drinks, but seemed well equipped. Beds comfortable. WiFi good. Communication from the agent was thorough and offered assistance either local parking, literally around the corner, which proved to be great.

  The lock in to the apartment was tricky at first, but we got the hang of it. Doors felt secure though.

  Absolut empfehlenswert

  Lage perfekt in der Altstadt, ruhig.

  Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation. Letztere erfolgte nur per Mail, was für uns umständlich war. Whatsapp Kontakt wäre einfacher gewesen.

  Muy buen alojamiento con una insonorización inaceptable

  El alojamiento es muy bonito y con buenas calidades, se encuentra en pleno centro a pocos minutos andando de los lugares mas emblemáticos de la ciudad. Se encontraba limpio y cuidado.

  El aislamiento acustico de las ventanas es pésimo, se encuentra en una calle con varios locales de ocio nocturno y se escucha el ruido mientras duermes como si estuvieras en la calle. No somos delicados para dormir, pero el ruido es tremendo hasta las 4 am los fines de semana. A TENER MUY EN CUENTA. La respuesta de los propietarios fue que en el centro hay ruidos, parece ser que no conocen lo que es una ventana bien aislada. Su respuesta fue decepcionante, ni una disculpa ni un intento por mejorar para el futuro, solo que comprendamos que es un apartamento céntrico, como si no hubiermos pisado el centro de una ciudad nunca... El acceso al apartamento es mediante una llamada de teléfono en remoto, algo complicado si no dispones de datos o cobertura móvil. Si viajas con niños y muchas maletas, el apartamento se encuentra en una segunda planta y el ascensor es para una persona con una maleta pequeña, no entra un carrito de bebe. Inflexibles al solicitar una hora adicional de check out, es límite a las 10am, descansarás 5 horas con el ruido nocturno.

  Overvalued, noisy and a not pleasant stay

  Location is convenient, close to all attractions. Place was big.

  A lot of things, I'll provide more details: Crib: It took me a few days to get a response from them asking for it. Finally we managed to get it, but charged extra per day, which seemed ridiculous to me for such an expensive apartment. Check in: to call a number (international call for a tourist) to open the outside door seems ridiculous. Also could have described better that we will have to go up half flight of stairs and then down one to reach the apartment (after getting into the tiny elevator). Cleanliness: Place seemed clean but the carpet at the living room and the sofas seemed old and filthy, almost made us didn't want to sit on them. I was particularly concerned about the carpet because of our toddler rolling on to it. Kitchen: 2 non stick pans were unbelievably scratched to the point that it was dangerous to use. Also a kitchen drawer was completely coming off when opening it Noise: The biggest concern of all honestly. The master bedroom faces a noisy street and there was loud voices coming from a nearby bar till 3am on Saturday. It drove us crazy, as there was absolutely no insulation for sound. Overall: For the amount paid, the place was completely unacceptable.
