  The house is spacious, but the layout is quite unusual and a little difficult to navigate. We also found it challenging to locate the house when we arrived, as it was already dark. Thankfully, a local lady helped us find the property. The house is located inside a compound and is on the ground floor, although there are a few steps to reach the main entrance. One thing to note is that there is no proper lighting near the entrance, so we had to use our phone flashlights to find our way to the door. There is an automatic sensor light within the compound, but unfortunately, it does not provide enough light around the entrance itself. On the positive side, the house is well equipped with all the basic necessities, including cooking utensils, a gas stove, washing machine, dining table, iron and ironing board, etc. Overall, it has the essential facilities needed for a stay.

  I would like to share some honest feedback about our stay, mainly to help future guests and give the host an opportunity to improve the property. Unfortunately, we felt that the host’s behaviour was a little unwelcoming. When the local lady who helped us locate the property called the host to clarify something, the response was repeatedly that “all the instructions are provided.” While we understand that instructions were available, we felt that a little more warmth and willingness to assist would have made us feel more comfortable. The house is quite old but has been refurbished, so guests should not expect a modern or luxurious property. Most importantly, there is no air conditioning anywhere in the house. There were two table fans provided, but one was of very poor quality and barely circulated any air. I strongly recommend that the host clearly update the listing to state that there is no air conditioning at all. We come from a very hot region and are accustomed to having AC 24/7, so this made our stay particularly uncomfortable, especially while on holiday. There were also several maintenance and cleanliness issues that affected our experience. The toilet in the bathroom kept leaking water and there was a noticeable sewage smell. There were quite a few spiders and insects inside the house, and the property had a damp/musty smell. The windows were also left open when we arrived. Since the windows are easily accessible from the road outside, someone passing by could potentially enter the house through them. We therefore had to close them immediately and would recommend keeping them closed when the property is unoccupied. We also experienced an issue with the gas. It was not working properly, and my wife even received a small electric shock while trying to operate it, which was quite concerning. There was also no hot water available at all for all of 2 days during our stay.

  Duże mieszkanie, dobra lokalizacja

  Apartament jest nie zadbany. Obsługa mogłaby trochę dokładniej sprzątać. Brakowało mydła, papieru toaletowego i ręczników.

  Не честность хозяев в отношении условий проживания!

  Расположение.

  Первое и самое главное - в данной квартире нет кондиционера! Арендаторы пытались выдать за кондиционер вентилятор с баком для воды в который вы должны класть хладагенты из холодильника, мало того, что он абсолютно ничего не охлаждает (т.к. не предназначен для этого) так он еще и один на три комнаты! В период нашего пребывания в Тбилиси было жара за 30 градусов Цельсия. Не смотря на фотографии двора с парковкой (в карточке к данной квартире) - рядом нет бесплатной парковки (вы об этом узнаете за сутки до заезда, вас уведомят арендаторы сообщением)+ вы не поставите машину рядом с домом т.к. мест нет, если места есть, но ваша машина не на грузинских номерах, вы не сможете пользоваться местной программой для оплаты парковки. Единственный выход искать платную парковку с оператором. Нам такая обошлась в 20 лари в сутки с машины. Квартира находится на цокольном этаже т.е. окна у нее есть, но они не большие и прямо возле тротуара, в лучшем случае вы увидите ноги прохожих из-за этого в квартире всегда темно, и зная это арендаторы позволяют себе оставлять освещение в не полном рабочем состоянии, так в гостиной в люстре не работали 2 из 3 возможных лампочек. В одной спальне и в коридоре не работали бра. В довершении всего в один из вечеров пошел дождь, после него в одной спальне появились потеки и следы плесени а на протяжении еще двух суток ощущалась сырость. Данная квартира в самом центре Тбилиси и это пожалуй единственный +. Больше всего нас разочаровала не честность хозяев в отношении условий проживания и наличия а вернее отсутствия кондиционера. Не рекомендую! First and foremost, this apartment doesn't have air conditioning! During our stay in Tbilisi, the temperature exceeded 30 degrees Celsius. Despite the photos of the courtyard with parking (in the apartment listing), there's no free parking nearby. The only option is to find paid parking with an operator. It cost us 20 lari per day per car.
