    Ein schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen

    Die Lage der Wohnung im Herzen von Westerland ist ein großes Plus. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar wie Strand, Gastronomie und Geschäfte. Auch von der Nähe zum Bahnhof und der unmittelbar am Haus verlaufenden Hauptstrasse hört man nicht viel. Erfreulich war dass mit Buchung auch das Ticket zur Nutzung von Öffis im Mietpreis enthalten war. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was für einen gelungenen Urlaub nötig ist.

    Wir haben sehr viel Erfahrung mit Ferienwohnungen auf der Insel, daher besteht was Charme und Ambiente der Wohnung betrifft durchaus noch Luft nach oben. Die Möbel wirken teilweise zusammengewürfelt und lassen Sylter Niveau missen. Die Decken- vor allem aber Wandleuchter hatten ihre Zeit und wirken unpassend. Das 2. Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss hat eher Jugenherbergscharakter und die Betten sind für Erwachsene nicht wirklich geeignet. Die Matratzen gehören dringend ausgetauscht da durchgelegen.
