Für uns perfekt.
Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet und sauber. Gute Nähe zur Zeche Zollverein.
Dritter Stock. Kein Aufzug. Wollte nicht im Sommer dort schlafen müssen.

wenn wieder in Essen, dann wieder dort :-)
Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, wir wurden mit einem kleinen Ostergruß auf dem Tisch überrascht. Alles wirkte persönlich und liebevoll.
Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Wohnung riecht stark nach Rauch, Vermieter unfreundlich.
Netter Blick auf das Gelände der Zeche Zollverein
Obwohl die Wohnung klar als Nichtraucher-Wohnung beworben wird, ist ausgeprägter Rauchgeruch (angeblich durch die Wohnung darunter) wahrzunehmen. Als Nichtraucher völlig ungeeignet. Auf entsprechende Reklamation wurde zwar murrend eine Ersatzwohnung im EG zur Verfügung gestellt, die viel kleiner, ohne Blick und weniger komfortabel ausgestattet ist (und deshalb bei Booking 50€/Nacht billiger), eine Rückerstattung der Differenz wurde jedoch brüsk abgelehnt.
