Appartamento molto spazioso. comodità del parcheggio privato sotterraneo. posizione discretamente comoda, subito fuori le mura della città. Setas a 15 min a piedi, cattedrale a 20/25 min. fermata degli autobus a 100 metri, comoda per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse.

Klimaanlage, Küche super. Tiefgarage vorhanden, Distanz zum Zentrum ok.
Der elektronische Key per Handy ist mühsam. Die Wohnungstür ist ohne Griff, kann gar nicht leise geschlossen werden. Die Tiefgarage, deren Zugang über das Haus nicht erreichbar ist - nur von der Garage ins Hausinnere kann man gelagen - muss per Chip geöffnet werden. Das Chiplesegerät ist für die Ausfahrt an einem Pfosten in der Garage. Die Anweisungen für die uns nicht ganz verständliche Technik wurden sehr kurzfristig und schwer leserlich geschickt, wobei man aber auf der Straße null stehenbleiben kann. Das Schlafzimmerfenster war zum Hausflur des Mietshauses gerichtet, also seltsam und nicht geräuscharm. Die Waschmaschine war kaputt, frische Handtücher bekamen wir trotzdem nicht. Bügeleisen und Brett sind auch fragwürdig. Der Service war immerhin immer erreichbar. Bei unserer Buchung war die Tiefgarage entscheidend. Wer die nicht braucht, kann es schöner haben.

Perto da isla magica, perto da zona histórica, estacionamento incluido é fantástico naquela zona. O apartamento estava bem equipado com comodities (todos os eletrodomésticos, maquina lavar louca e roupa, frigorífico combinado, microondas, forno, torradeira fervedor, todos os utensílios de cozinha).
A limpeza não era excelente (a cozinha tinha gordura, e ainda tinha lixo dentro do porta talheres). Embora incluísse detergente, esfregão, toalha para lavar, nao achei correto.
