We had difficulty finding the place as it is adjacent to a school, just off the main road and we hadn't been able to communicate with the host regarding our arrival time. We eventually made contact and he came to check us in. The room was very comfortable, modern and clean with great views of Etna. Breakfast in Caffetteria Luca just opposite was basic Italian breakfast and OK for those who like sweet breakfasts. The cafe itself was beautifully decorated inside but again, situated on the busy main road.
The location wasn't great as it was a distance from the main town that we never got to see as we arrived on the final day of the 'Pistachio festival' and all roads were blocked with massive crowds wherever we tried to go! We walked down the main road which wasn't a pleasant walk as it was busy and no pavements for part of the way. We couldn't find anywhere for dinner but eventually ended up eating in a take-away pizzeria where the staff were great and very friendly!

The rooms exceeded our expectations. We booked three rooms, and each one was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bathrooms were impressively large, and every room offered spectacular views. We also really enjoyed the breakfast selection, which was served at the café just across from the property. The location was ideal for us, especially as we were travelling with a large van. Parking was always readily available directly in front of the property, which made things very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the accommodation.
We loved everything about our stay and cannot recommend this property highly enough. We had a wonderful experience and would happily return. We can’t wait to visit the Etna region again!
