    A Memorable Visit To Frontline

    “We had a wonderful experience at Frontline in Gran Canaria. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We felt very welcome and truly enjoyed our visit. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back!

    Bland, soul-less, uncomfortable accommodation - nice views!

    The location was good, with lovely views, but I am afraid that was about it.

    The apartment was small and soul-less and not very comfortable. The bed linen was not good. No air conditioning (and it was very hot and humid, especially at night) The apartment did not have the proper Vv signs that rented apartments should have in Spain/Canaries which means it would not have been properly registered and insured. The agent was not helpful in finding us alternative accommodation. We moved out of the apartment after staying only 2 nights and had to pay for alternative accommodation for the following 12 nights. No help given at all, and was told to just leave the keys in the apartment. We need to speak to Booking.com re a formal complaint and compensation.
