    Perfekt und doch wieder nicht

    Frühstück, Zimmer, Ambiente - eigentlich war alles perfekt und eine (meinerseits selten vergebene) Bewertung mit 10 Punkten fast schon fix.

    Dann kam der Personalwechsel am 1.Oktober, an dem das 'Zimmerservice' einzig darin bestand, die Gästemappe ungünstig zu platzieren und das gebrauchte Handtuch nicht auszutauschen, sondern vom Boden in die Dusche zu befördern, wo es am Abend klatschnass lag. An den Tagen davor war hingegen immer alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt worden.

    Super dovolená

    Zdravím. Byli jsme s manželem nadšeni - pokoj byl moc pěkný se dvěma balkónky a výhledem na hory. Majitelé byli velmi milí a přátelští - dostali jsme od nich i slevovou kartičku na zážitky (parník, lanovka....). Snídaně byly velmi pestré a vše čerstvé i s možností více úprav vajíček a mnoho i sladkého. Lokalita umístění hotelu byla super - blízko menší nákupní centrum i větší obchody (BILLA, Interspar) a také pár kroků k vlakovému nádraží a k odjezdu parníků po jezeře. Jen o maličko bodů jsem ubrala za velmi měkké matrace na lůžku, jelikož mám nemocná záda. Tímto moc děkuji za krásný pobyt a uvidíme se i příští rok, jelikož jsme si váš hotel znovu objednali.

    Jediná chybička byly velmi měkké matrace na lůžku.
