Beautiful relaxing resort! Family friendly!
Fufu Hakone was absolutely amazing! The setting is beautiful and peaceful, the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was outstanding. Every detail made our stay feel special. It was one of the most relaxing experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!

Great stay but a few negatives
I’m going to be critical because of how much money we spent. When we arrived the staff were very friendly and accommodating however the reception area the seats were dirty. Our room wasn’t ready till 3pm which was fine but we couldn’t get any food and we couldn’t even get a drink. The room service snacks opened at 5pm but took 45 minutes for some fruit and nuts to arrive. The dinner experience was wonderful because it’s not something I think I’ll do again and we got to try so many traditional foods however we were sat by the trollies where they clear away the plates. We had just got engaged an hour before and was hoping for a special dinner but felt like we were put in the corner a little. Breakfast was an experience and was beautifully done also, they even dropped us at the cable car at the end of our stay.
