Beautiful lake views from hotel rooms.

The views of Lake Kawaguchiko are wonderful. The hotel has a free shuttle from train station to hotel. Nice onsen and breakfast buffet.

    It is an expensive accommodation.

    Nice lakeside stay.

View of the lake was fantastic and room was spacious. Buffet breakfast was great with many western and Japanese choices. The onsen was wonderful and the hotel generously provided yukata, tabi socks, towels and others amenities for bathers.

Only problem was the bathroom, which was tiny and very outdated and cheaply done at that -- mostly plastic. We would have liked to try the buffet dinner but at $110 for two it was much more expensive than dining options right across the street from the hotel. The buffet dinner and breakfast were the only two dining options in the hotel, which seemed inadequate for a hotel of its size.
