    Exceptional building, apartment and views in a great walkable location.

    The building is exceptional with many facilities, including outdoor pool/hot tub, ping pong table, BBQs, and billiards table. Not to mention the views from the building are great. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and well decorated. The location is also fantastic, with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes in the vicinity

    The water pressure in the secondary bathroom is not ideal. There was also a very noisy dog in the neighboring apartment, which is outside of the property’s control.

    It was ok but doesn’t worth the premium price I paid.

    The apartment was nice and clean with all amenities.

    The location is by train tracks and there is no insolation in the windows. I wish I knew about this before. Even though I was on the 24th floor felt like sleeping on the train tracks. Extremely uncomfortable experience with to much noise and couldn’t sleep at all. Also the pressure in shower was so little took extra time.
