    A good location but the property requires some love

    The location and quiet streets, easy links to different transport. The layout of the house is ideal for a large group.

    The property is in need of some love. It’s a nice property, that once upon a time was lovely and has been let go a little. Lots of little things that need attention. Unfortunately mugs left dirty, even a screw on the stairs so made you wonder if it was cleaned, broken chair, broken curtain rail, broken outside patio area, you can’t sit out and enjoy the evening. Loose fittings and one spoon, one fork. It wouldn’t take much to improve the property.
