    It was spacious and location was ok. Food shops and shopping centre wasnt too far.

    The door handle for toilet was broken, iron and pots burnt. Needed more cleaning and some fresh air.

    Don’t stay here, terrible stay. Unclean and unwelcome, the owner is rude and doesn’t communicate so you will be left in

    Terrible news experience, the only nice part was the cleaner who allowed us to leave our stuff in the property before check in.

    The owner of the property made our stay unwelcome from the beginning, where he did not respond to messages on checking in and gaining access to the property. The property uses an Elock, meaning you have to communicate with the owner to be signed up to the app using your email. But due to the owner not communicating, this was an issue. I had to phone him the evening before, where he said he would message me to sort it, heard nothing. I phoned him again the morning of the check in day, he stated I would have to wait until the cleaners were done before I received the Elock. I politely asked if we could get this now as he was messing us around and not communicating, where he finally set us up to gain access. We arrived slightly early and was told we would have to wait until 3 to gain access, which was completely understandable, where the cleaner then nicely allowed us to put our stuff in the property due to us going to a concert. When we got back from the concert, the property was unclean, plain, and uncomfortable. The shower only went freezing cold or boiling hot, the beds were uncomfortable, the property was unclean. I always try to leave a good review and state the positives of properties, but there is no positive on this one.
