    Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

    Die Wohnung war recht zentral gelegen, die Innenstadt, Bahnhof und die Peißnitzinsel waren fußläufig erreichbar, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in der Nähe. Alles in allem wurden wir gut betreut und es wurde sich um entstandene Probleme gut gekümmert. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit Freunden sehr zentral und gut geeignet. Der Check in hat super geklappt und war sehr unkompliziert genau wie der Check out. Durch eine detaillierte Beschreibung leicht zu finden.

    Fragen wurden über booking nicht beantwortet und über die angegebene Handynummer gab es erstmal nur KI Antworten was uns etwas gefrustet hat, da uns die KI nicht wirklich weiterhelfen konnte. Nach einiger Zeit hat sich aber zum Glück eine echte Person eingeschaltet, sodass sich gekümmert wurde. Bei Ankunft waren wir schon enttäuscht, dass bei Buchung für vier Personen z.B. nur ein kleiner Kochtopf zur Verfügung stand oder nur drei tiefe Teller. Auch da wurde aber auf Nachfrage zügig nachgerüstet. Leider gab es auch bauliche Mängel wie ein kaputtes Fenster.
