    Review

    The place is clean and the location is very convenient. There's also provided towel and dental kits. And you can cook in the condo.

    Probably the curtains, they were thin and they can't block out the sunlight, especially in the morning.

    Great value for money, modern building, always helpful and attentive owner. I would stay again ☺️

    - New and modern building - Good wifi, laundry shop, convenience store, swimming pool, cozy common area - Spacious studio with very nice view - The owner always available if needed

    - The way to the building (La Guardia Extension) is quite dark in the evening and a bit scary (however this is not the problem of the building itself, just something to know about) - Every time I entered the room, it smelled like a "grandma" smell and it wasn't possible to get rid of it. I wouldn't expect this in such a new building. Anyway, it didn't affect the quality of my stay, so everything was ok ☺️
