    Good sized home in nice location. However, for the price, I would expect appliances to be in better working condition, o

    Good location, very close to marina. Semi-secluded. Game room was good feature. Includes combo pool table/ping pong table, timed basketball game, foosball table. However, only 3 cue sticks and one was broken. Ping pong paddles need to be upgraded. Master BR was huge and mattress was comfortable. Plenty of wood was available for fire pit. Kitchen and dining area were good size.

    Fridge needs to be upgraded, especially for the price of the rental. Ice maker does not work. Would recommend adding a Keurig to kitchen. Current coffee maker stays on all the time when plugged in and buttons do not work. Although we didn’t watch any TV, there are no TVs in any of the BRs.
