    Stressful and disappointing stay due to cleanliness concerns, poor maintenance, and hostile host communication after iss

    The theater room was the best part of the stay.

    I would not stay here again. The property was not in the clean or maintained condition I expected for the price we paid. The biggest concern was the only AC unit in the property, which had visible dark/black mold-like buildup and debris inside the vent area. This was especially concerning because it was around 94 degrees during our stay, so the AC was the only realistic cooling source. The unit was also located directly beside the sleeping area, and my eyes and throat became irritated during the stay. There were also multiple pre-existing issues we documented before checkout, including damaged blinds, carpet staining, door/frame wear, and a loose/broken tub drain piece. I reported my concerns through Booking and documented the condition with photos/videos. Unfortunately, the host’s communication after I reported the concerns was dismissive and hostile, including accusing me of trying to scam them rather than addressing the cleanliness and maintenance issues. Overall, this stay caused a lot of stress and did not feel acceptable for the cost or deposit required.

    Very pretty inside

    Hot tub way out dated and nasty so couldn’t use ,no curtains for privacy and completely over ran outside with fire ants grill was nasty
