  Aucune communication avec le propriétaire qui ne répond jamais.

  Appartement fonctionnel.

  La communication avec le propriétaire est inexistante. C'est un manque commercial mais surtout un manque de savoir-vivre. Cinq jours avant mon arrivée, j'envoie un message pour confirmer et obtenir l'adresse. Pas de réponse. Rappel. Pas de réponse. Je téléphone et laisse un message. Pas de réponse. La veille, je suis inquièt et appelle le call-center de booking. Ils envoient un message et appellent le propriétaire. Pas de réponse. Ce n'est que 2 heures avant mon arrivée que je reçois l'adresse. Pas un mot sur ma demande de check-in une heure plus tot. Je suis complètement nié. On ne communique pas avec moi. On m'envoie les directives. Durant mon séjour. J'envoie un message. Il faut 24 heures pour obtenir une réponse. Le jour de mon départ, c'est 55 minutes avant mon départ supposé que l'on me convoque pour la remise des clés. Je suis écoeuré par ce comportement méprisant. A lires les commentaires précédents, il est probable que le propriétaire a changé car la bienveillance et l'empathie n'y sont plus. A part ca, je confirme que la literie est métallique et inconfortable. Les couverts de cuisine sont les moins chers du marché portugais.

  Niet naar verwachting.

  Bedden slecht. Stofzuiger die niet werkte. In de keuken ontbreken verschillende artikelen. o.a. maar 2 longdrinkglazen. In de keuken ontbreekt zonwering. vorken buigen krom. Niet fijn douchen in een glad bad. Zwembad is klein en ondiep, op foto lijkt het veel groter. Rpondom planken die losliggenen niet passen. Levensgevaarlijk. Geen parasols. Parkeren openbaar. Iedereen die daar naar het strand wil parkeert daar omdat het gratis is, zodat huurders geen plaats meer hebben. Strand is alleen bereikbaar met watertaxi.

  Modern, spacious and clean 1 bedroom apartment

  For a 1 bedroom apartment, the apartment is very spacious, bright, modern, spotlessly clean and quiet. The owner was helpful and friendly and easily contactable via Whatsapp. The positives are, - 2 lifts, 4th floor - large Kitchen very well equipped with microwave, oven, hotplates, jug, toaster, coffee machine. - large lounge with dining table and comfortable couch - balcony with table and chairs - 2 toilets, ensuite bathroom - lots of storage space, built in cupboards in the bedroom - electric shutters for the windows in bedroom and lounge - free outdoor parking just in front of the entrance. Wow! - close to town and very close to restaurants, bars and the seafront - 10 min. walk to the old town centre - lots of extras like detergent for the washing machine and tablets for the dishwasher, liquid soap in the bathroom and toilets, detergent in the kitchen, iron and ironing board. Note that recycling containers (including organic) are in the street behind the apartment. Highly recommended. We'll be back!

  Being very picky, I prefer a separate shower cubicle to a bath/shower combination. Important of course for those with reduced mobility. While there is no view from the balcony, being further back from the main road means that the apartment is very quiet.
