Location, large balcony great for a coffee on sunny morning, facilities and abundant space in the apartment. Also a welcome pack and communication with the landlord was top notch.

Underground parking place is great although driving down there in a big car can be a bit tricky. Occassionally I had a feeling soundproofing could be a tad better (but it might be just me).
