    Apartamento confortável para duas pessoas com tudo o necessário para estar muitos dias: desde os equipamentos na cozinha a máquina de lavar roupa e varanda. Tem lugar de garagem, que fica noutro apartamento ao lado. Ótima localização na Praça do Carmo no centro do Funchal, com supermercados, farmácias, padarias e mercado dos lavradores a menos de 5 mins a pé.

    A zona tem algumas pessoas em situação de sem-abrigo e de consumo de substâncias na via pública, que até presenciei durante o dia. Nunca senti que houvesse perigo, mas pode gerar algum desconforto, sobretudo para quem viaja sozinho ou com crianças...

    Almost perfect!

    Great location, still old town feel and a few minutes walk from centre of Old Town. Apartment is fully equipped and more ~ nothing lacking. The washing machine is a bonus! Modern, clean and neat. Just the bedlamps were not working but this is a minor as adequate lighting throughout the apartment. Very secure and safe. Easy door and entrance access. Good communication from hosts.

    I would give this property a 10/10 if not for the disruptive noise (a few hours in the evenings) from the homeless couple who uses the alley below by the café/front door. I know it's not the hosts fault but perhaps a bit more urging with the authorities and the café owner (lock away the tables & chairs at night) to assist would help.

    Wonderful apartment! Really good location, fully equiped and really nice staff. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to see Funchal.

    The bed was a bit hard and the shower needed some extra cleaning. Sometimes we didn’t have enough cutlery and plates.
